Question: Kylla has representative in France, Benelux, Scandinavia and Germany. Do you accept only clients from those countries or also from elsewhere? Our answer: For our corporate finance activities Kylla accepts funding mandates from anywhere in Europe. Our business brokerage activities are limited currently to Western Europe, mainly concentrating in The Benelux. Question: For funding identification what type of criteria you use to select your clients? Our answer: We look for mandates that are realistic and whose entrepreneurial team is able to show value added propositions. In addition, we strongly believe that a manager should manage for liquidity, growth and margin. Question: What corporate finance services can you provide for an established company that is not in need of funding and what differentiates it from the rest? Our answer: Our approach is to think one with our clients. It is important for us to profile companies for their real needs and search for a potential turnkey solution. Our experience indicates that in particular established companies are in need of identifying value added projects for investments. These projects should provide a higher return than what is normal in the market or have an strategic fit for them. In addition, many companies have found the objective attitude of Kylla a great asset. Kylla is not an advisory firm only a seeker of financial solutions. Our answer: Kylla has adopted a very competitive compensation model. For young companies we share the risk by subsidizing our services in return for performance base compensation. That is to say we get mostly compensated on results. For mature companies our value proposition is one of comparable costs, that is to say when a company compares our cost of solution identification services to the alternative.
