Johannes Hammerstein studied Economics at the University of Mannheim in Germany after he finished his 5 years career in the hotel administration business in Heidelberg.
In the late 1980's he started an international investment- and private banking career, i.e. at Dominick & Dominick, Merrill Lynch, Jefferies and German private bank Schröder Münchmeyer Hengst & Co., in Germany, USA and Switzerland. A short time he has been at German insurance giant Allianz to sniff in the insurance business. During his business he got more and more involved in various Corporate Finance and Private Equity activities.
From his base in Düsseldorf, Germany Johannes capitalizes his international network and German roots for the benefit of Kylla’s clients.
Furthermore, Johannes is a director of the Triple-E Fund focusing on emerging market investments.
