Case Study

Kylla worked with a Middle East-based food company to export its products to Europe. In cooperation with the client, we created a joint venture in the Netherlands, which served as a hub to the European market.

We handled the incorporation of the Dutch legal entity through our network of reputable lawyers, tax advisors and Notary Public. Kylla also assisted in identifying sales partners that were able to distribute the products throughout Europe and assigned a management team capable of running the company successfully.
